I've taken a half dozen woodchucks with it out to a touch over 100 yards. It's incredibly quiet with the factory Hornady 190gr sub-x. A bolt 300 blackout suppressed with subsonic would be much more quite. The suppressed blackout AR's still have a loud sound from the action cycling. I would arguably feel more confident in killing coyotes with only my shotgun on a stand than having only my blackout. It is hard to give up the flatter trajectory and proven performance of my 223's, 6mm Creedmoor or 22-250. I was really wanting to shoot my 300 blackout suppressed at coyotes but now that I have the suppressor and load worked up I haven't taken a 300 blackout on a stand with me yet. My loads may or may not work well in your gun. The best thing to do is test your gun and suppressor to see what load is best for you.

Adding barrel length or adding a suppressor turned a subsonic load into a supersonic load easier than I thought it would. One has a 10" barrel and the other a 16" barrel. I've worked up some subsonic loads for my two 300 blackouts.
